Some of us still haven’t finished mourning the loss of Connor Storrie’s curls, after the actor shocked the world by chopping off his hair and debuting a short buzzcut a couple weeks back. But while we’d only seen quick glimpses of the actor’s new look as he works on season two of Heated Rivalry, he officially unveiled it on night one of the 2026 Emmy Awards this past Sunday — and it suits him quite well.
At the ceremony, Storrie received his first-ever nomination, in the category of Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, thanks to his hosting gig on Saturday Night Live. There, the actor wore a suave ensemble from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.

His look consisted of a gray, slightly-oversize suit in wool chiné. The single-breasted blazer featured wide shoulders and decorative encrusted buttons, paired with matching low-waisted trousers with creases running down the front.
Underneath his blazer, Storrie wore a silk crepe top in steel blue, leaving the first few buttons undone for a plunging effect. He completed the look with the house’s black Aurelien boots, while opting to go sans jewelry — letting his head-to-toe YSL, and his new haircut, take center stage.

For the event, Storrie was joined by his mother, Linda, who posed alongside him on the red carpet in a sparkly gold maxi dress with an inky clutch, illusion heels with criss-crossing ankle straps, and sculptural gold earrings.
He may not have taken home the Emmy that night, but when it came to his fashion — buzzcut and all — Storrie was undeniably a winner.
