- 14 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa) cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup granola
- ¾ dried tart cherries
- ¼ chopped pecans
Grab a large baking sheet and line it with foil or parchment paper. Set it aside.
Briefly microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. This process should take roughly 2 minutes.
Grab your baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate into the baking sheet and spread it out evenly until it reaches roughly ⅙ inch thickness. Evenly sprinkle the granola, cherries, and chopped pecans over the chocolate.
Let the bark stand for 3 hours. You can speed up this process by sticking the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the chocolate bark from the pan and break it into pieces into sizes of your choosing. Refrigerate the leftover bark in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
